A home inspection provides a detailed way for you to understand the condition of your potential sale or purchase through the eyes of an experienced and knowledgeable professional.

The inspection process usually takes between two and a half and three hours. Buyers are encouraged to be present during the inspection process. After a visual examination of the home’s structure and systems, you will receive a thirty-four page written report on the day of the inspection. This report represents an educated opinion about the state of the property, and may include diagnostic evaluations of radon air and water contamination levels.

ABOUT THE INSPECTOR

John MacIver, a lifelong resident of New Hampshire, has been in the home inspection field for eight years. Before becoming an inspector, John was a realtor/broker in Franconia, NH for fifteen years. He has an extensive background in residential construction. Gate to Gables is independently owned and operated.
